At DavinaRadius, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using DavinaRadius, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who We Are

DavinaRadius is an ISP management platform designed for internet service providers across Africa. We provide tools for RADIUS authentication, PPPoE billing, captive portal management, and network operations. We are based in Kenya and can be reached at [email protected].

2. Information We Collect

Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google under the permissions you grant.

Network and service data. To power the platform, we store information about your network infrastructure, including router configurations, RADIUS session records, customer records you create, internet packages, and payment transactions your customers make through your captive portal.

Payment information. DavinaRadius subscription fees are processed through Paystack and M-Pesa. We do not store your full payment card or mobile money credentials. Those details are handled by the payment processors under their own security and privacy standards.

Usage data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, such as which features you use and actions you take. This helps us improve the product and diagnose issues.

Cookies and analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects anonymous, aggregate usage data using cookies. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the DavinaRadius platform
  • Process your subscription payments and send billing receipts
  • Send transactional emails such as login verification codes and account notices
  • Respond to your support requests and troubleshoot issues
  • Monitor platform health and detect problems
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your data to serve you advertising.

4. Information We Share

We do not sell your data. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With payment processors (Paystack, M-Pesa) to handle subscription billing
  • With analytics providers (Google Analytics) for aggregate, anonymised usage insights
  • When required by law, court order, or valid legal process
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, with prior notice to you

5. Data Security

We protect your data using encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and other industry-standard measures. No system is completely immune to risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to maintaining reasonable safeguards and responding promptly to any incidents.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within 90 days unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

7. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent where we rely on consent to process your information. 8. Third-Party Services

Your use of features that connect to third-party services, such as MikroTik routers or payment gateways, is also subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how those services handle your information.

9. Children

DavinaRadius is intended for use by businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have done so, we will delete that information promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of DavinaRadius after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
